The base, strap, and top of the receptacle can be painted a different color than the main body to match different colors schemes and blend seamlessly into any environment. A theft-deterrent cable is provided for attaching the cover to the main body of the Decorative Trash Receptacle. Four adjustable leveling feet are included.
