We have reaffirmed our commitment to innovation by being the first company within the campground equipment industry to offer true online ordering. Just like any other retailer, you can complete your order instantly and securely.

 

How to Order Online

Smaller orders are eligible for online ordering. During the checkout process, you will be presented with live freight quotes from Con-Way, YRC Freight/USF Holland, and UPS Freight. You are able to select your preferred provider. Your credit card will then be processed instantly. Your credit card information is securely encrypted by Norton Security by Symantec.

 

Once your order is placed, a customer care representative will call you to schedule your freight shipment. Freighting does not work like regular packages. The freight provider requires a set date and time to deliver your product. They are unable to leave it at your doorstep like a regular package.

 

How we Handle Larger Orders

If we determine that your order is not eligible for online ordering, you will be sent to our quotation process. We will collect your information and a sales representative will contact you via email or phone with a quote.

 

Why Larger Orders Cannot be Processed Online

First, we offer quantity discounts over 10 items so we would like to extend our sale pricing to you. Second, freight quotes can become complicated when we have to place different products on one pallet. We do not not want to overcharge you on our online freight quotes.

 

How to Track Your Shipment
